Be a considerate smoker.
Mr Genki had a good sleep. This can be attributed to the heavy rain in the early morning which made it cooler for people to sleep. So comfortable to the extent that Mr Genki woke up at 2pm! Though he had wasted the whole morning and 2 good hours of the afternoon away, nevertheless he felt this very nonchalant pace in life. Because the exams are over!
Mr Genki could hardly find anytime to spend with his family previously, so he decided to take his Gramps and mommy (I usually address her as Dowager nowadays) out for a walk at IMM. As usual, Gramps always like cheap stuff and that has become his value proposition, i.e cheap means good. Oh well, as long as Gramps is happy.
Most of our time was spent as Daiso, a Japanese departmental store which sells lots of things, made from various materials, like ceramics, polymers, fabric etc. We spent a gd 3 hours there and picked up 3 items. Not forgetting to mention that none of those items was my choice.
Saw this very interesting invention.
The Portable Ashtray! In an effort to promote considerate smoking habits, people have come out with this invention. So smokers out there, don't anyhow flick cigarette ashes around no more!
8pm reads Mr Genki's watch. We realised that it's a bit late and we were way past dinner time. Settled down at Wan Zai kitchen just outside Daiso for dinner. Had baked rice but it wasn't very nice as the baked rice had ketchup all over and what Mr Genki was able to taste was the taste of ketchup. Anyway, thanks to Dowager, the cost of dinner was waived.
It wasn't too long a day, but Mr Genki still feels very tired. Perhaps he's still recovering from irregular sleeps previously. Gramps is completely shag out. He had already thrown himself in bed while Mr Genki finishes the rest of this entry.
Ahhhh... This relaxed feeling... Glad that it's back, even temporarily...
