Priceless

Long time since I posted. Fret not, this blog will never be abandoned.

Mr Genki continues to display his lack of discipline for the semester by yet skipping another class for the day. However, he still dragged himself to the school library for a short mugging session, more because it's for convenient for him to travel to vivo city to get a birthday gift for his elder sister who will turn 26 tomorrow. お姉さん、お誕生日おめでとう!

Well, Mr Genki was doing his own window shopping most of the time rather than choosing a gift for his sister, as exemplified by the fact that most of the time he was looking at men's wear and he bought a belt. I mean it's a bit weird for a guy to be looking at women's wear right? right? RIGHT?

Then came Cheryl's SMS. She was at Sentosa with Jeanette. Mr Genki was somewhat summoned to get dinner from mainland for the two princesses at that island. Being the usual nice guy Mr Genki, he wouldn't say no to these requests.

It cost Mr Genki $3 to cross that bridge and enter sentosa! Why should an indigenous Singaporean who had served NS for 2 years and 2 months be paying to enter some island which belongs to Singapore??? It should be my right to enter Sentosa!

After much travelling, the food and of course Mr Genki finally reached the two princesses. It's conspicuous that we were all hungry, so we settled down at some tanning bed around Rasa Sentosa Pool to savour on our dinner - Macs. Oh Well...

The security were on their usual rounds. Shining their torches everywhere, even into the bushes (whatever that is for). He thought it was illegal for us to be sitting around the pool
to eat our dinner and so he questioned us. Thanks to Jeanette for doing the talking, we were then allowed to stay around a little longer.

Jeanette then took the weapon of mass destruction - a digital camera - out from her bag. What's next will be fairly predictable. We all started posing, cam-whoring and etc. But this is when Mr Genki thought the priceless moments came.

We strolled to the beach despite the presence of poor lighting condition. This is where Mr Genki witnessed the pure innocence and chasity of the two princesses, albeit a bit bimbotic. They were in their most natural state (I don't mean solid, liquid or gas. Argh! MLE is killing me!) for our own little photoshoot. We insisted that we should all do stupid poses in front of the camera without holding back. We just let go and do all those dumb things! It was so fun!

Mr Genki is so happy to see them smile, laugh and enjoying themselves. These moments seem to be an ideal world of itself, without ugly human politics nor any other horrendous things. Just smiles and laughters, fun and joy.
